This carrier is a big upgrade from my previous one and is very comfortable to wear. The linen fabric feels breathable and lightweight, making it easy to use for longer periods without overheating. The straps are well padded and adjustable, so it distributes weight evenly and feels supportive on my back and shoulders.I also appreciate that it's machine washable, which is a must with a baby. The headrest support is great for naps, and the front pocket is handy for small essentials. Overall, it's a well-designed, comfortable carrier that works well for everyday use from newborn through toddler stages.
Pros:- This baby carrier has a lot of support. The waist belt, buckles and shoulder straps help distribute the weight more evenly, and the material seems durable.- Securely holds baby in place. The adjustable straps provide for a snug fit.- It has head support, which is needed for infants or when the baby is sleeping. However, you can also fold it down, which is a nice feature.- I like the carabiners. They provide some utility for carrying small things. I like to strap a pacifier holder and pacifier on there or my keys. But I wouldn't put anything too heavy or hard on there (like a full bottle), since I don't want that hitting against the baby's back.- The velcro flag on the front is removable. I suppose you could add your own velcro piece there instead.Cons:- The $79.99 price point is a bit high. You're getting a good product for that price, but that is a lot for a baby carrier.
What is not to like! First off it is machine washable which is very important considering no baby can go a day with out spitting up something. We have months to go before the first grandchild arrives, but we want this ready for when the little one arrives. We tried it out with some weight in it similar in size and shape to a baby, the weight distribution is phenomenal, it is amazingly comfortable to wear. Whether in front or behind, the support for both the adult and the child is located in all the right places. It really is incredibly easy to use.Judging by how well it is constructed I can confidently say it is very durable. It will make a welcome addition to your new addition!
